2. Ordering and Contract Conclusion
- The consumer orders products via the e-shop, e-mail, or telephone.
- Every submitted order is considered a binding proposal to conclude a distance purchase contract.
- Required details: name, surname, address (billing/delivery), phone number, e-mail, and business credentials (ID/VAT) for corporate clients.
- Personal data is processed strictly for order fulfillment purposes in full compliance with GDPR.
3. Delivery Times and Shipping
- Standard delivery time is between 24 hours and 5 working days from order confirmation.
- The shipping method (courier, cash on delivery, personal collection) is selected by the buyer during checkout.
- The exact shipping cost is always displayed in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.
4. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
- Upon delivery, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and completeness of the shipment.
- If the package is visibly damaged, a Damage Report must be filed immediately with the carrier, and the shipment should be rejected.
- Ownership right transfers to the buyer only after full payment of the purchase price.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
- Right to Cancel: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods (fully compliant with Google Merchant policies).
- Procedure: The withdrawal must be submitted in writing (via e-mail or post) and sent along with the product to our company address. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the consumer.
- Condition of Goods: Goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, including all documentation. Returns sent with "cash on delivery" terms will not be accepted.
- Refunds: The seller shall refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned item.
6. Warranty and Service
- The standard warranty period for retail consumers is 24 months.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes mechanical damage caused by unprofessional installation, improper tuning applications, or misuse.
