Return and Refund Policy

At Tuningchip.sk, we care about your satisfaction. If the purchased goods do not suit you for any reason, you can return them without any problems within the statutory period.

1. Return Window

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.

2. Return Procedure (How to Return)

Notify us of your decision to return the goods in writing by e-mail to: powertechsro@gmail.com.
Pack the goods securely and send them to our company address: POWERTECH s.r.o., Zoborská 15, Košice 04001, Slovakia.
The shipping costs associated with returning the goods from you to us are fully covered by the buyer.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

The goods must be complete, undamaged, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.
All attached documentation (instructions for use, warranty card, and proof of purchase) must be delivered along with the goods.
Important Note: Never send goods with cash on delivery (COD) terms. Shipments sent via COD will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

4. Method and Timeframe for Refunds

After physically receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
We will return the financial funds no later than within 14 days from the delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The refund will be sent via bank transfer to the bank account (IBAN) you provide.

5. Complaints (Defective Goods)

We provide a statutory warranty period of 24 months on all goods. If a manufacturing defect occurs on the product, please contact us by e-mail, and we will resolve the situation immediately.
